What guarentee have we that the banks will look after our money any better than they have done already, according to the papers, at least one is voting itself 10% pay rise, how is it that the guvernment can leave loopholes in the system and allow banks to exploit us?
I believe any bank that used the sub prime mortgage system or bought into it should be nationalised as it has prooved that it is unable to run and conform to the benifit of its customers.

Does a person have the right to claim monies left after having his house repossesed by a Mortgage company, who sell it on at a greater price than the outstanding amount at time of reposession?
I am asking as I know that it happens that a person can be in the position of not receiving this amount if it is considered his, and actually being asked for more monies by the Mortgage company for costs of reselling the house in question.
There are at least two internet sites that can inform you of the price the house was sold and the date sold.
It has been known that company has quoted a lower selling price and I wish this information to be placed in the general view so that people know what is going on and can help others to get advice to their benifit.
